We keep our offering deliberately narrow. Epoxy flooring done well is a craft: preparation, chemistry, timing and attention to the way a floor will be used. We would rather do four things properly than list everything a floor could possibly be. Those four things are flake, metallic, commercial and industrial, and outdoor epoxy systems.
How we work
- We look before we quote. Estimates are free and on-site because photos cannot show soft concrete, moisture or hairline cracks.
- We grind first. Diamond grinding with dust extraction is the foundation of every floor we install, because epoxy bonds mechanically.
- We write it down. The scope covers preparation method, repairs, coats, topcoat and cure time, and the workmanship terms are confirmed in writing.
- We schedule for the weather. Adelaide heat, UV and damp mornings change how and when a coating should go on, and we plan around them.
- We explain the trade-offs. If paint will do, or a slab is a poor candidate for coating, we say so.
What we will not do
We will not publish invented prices, because every slab is different and a number on a web page would be a guess. Our standards for a good floor
A good floor is flat enough for its use, bonded to sound concrete, sealed with a topcoat that suits its exposure and easy to maintain. It is also honestly described. We try to tell you what a floor will look like, how it will wear and what it will need from you in return, so there are no unpleasant surprises at handover.
We also care about the small things that make a job go well: arriving when we say we will, protecting adjoining areas, cleaning up properly and explaining the care instructions. Those habits cost nothing, and they are usually what customers remember.
